I didn't have the beers in my cellar fulfilled before the cellar deadline and now they do not appear in my virtual cellar.

Why don’t my beers appear in my virtual cellar after the fulfillment deadline?

While we typically allow a small grace period, any cellar items not fulfilled by the deadline are processed for forfeiture. This removes them from your virtual cellar and makes them unavailable for fulfillment.


What happens after forfeiture

  • Forfeitures are typically permanent, though we try to work with members to recover items when possible.

  • The Bruery reserves the right to replace forfeited items with a substitution of our choosing.

  • Beers forfeited from previous memberships (e.g., 2023 or earlier) are permanently unavailable. For example, once the 2025 cellar fulfillment deadline passes on February 28, 2026, any forfeited 2024 items will no longer be available.
