I have over $200 of beer in my cart, but the site wants to charge me for shipping.

This usually happens when cellar items are included in your cart.

As noted on our site, cellar items are not eligible for our Free Shipping promotion. If your cart contains cellar items, the system won’t apply the free shipping benefit.


Quick fix:

  • Remove your cellar items and complete your order with $200+ in shippable beers to unlock Free Shipping.

  • Place a separate order for your cellar items.


? Good news for members: Starting in 2026, you’ll be able to add cellar items to any order that already qualifies for Free Shipping — a brand-new member benefit!
