If you cancelled after your membership renewal charge was processed, your cancellation prevents future automatic renewals but does not reverse the renewal that was already billed.
If you were billed already: cancelling after the charge has processed will opt you out of future renewals after the year you were just charged for.
Example: you were billed and renewed for 2026, then you cancel — your cancellation will stop automatic renewals starting 2027 and beyond. Your 2026 membership remains active through the end of that membership term.
If you cancelled before the renewal charge processed: the renewal will not go through and you will not be billed. (Always check your account or confirmation email to confirm whether the charge completed.)
All renewal charges are final once processed. We generally cannot refund membership renewal charges after they are billed.
You keep your paid benefits through the end of the paid term. That includes discounts, allocations, cellar access, and member events for the year you paid for.
If you think you were charged in error or need help confirming your renewal status, please contact Support so we can review your account.
