I placed an order for shipping, but it was added to the Cellar instead of shipped

Short answer: If an order is in your Cellar, it means Shipping was not selected at checkout. Shipping must be selected in two separate places during checkout — if either is left on “Add to Cellar,” the order can be stored in your Cellar instead of being shipped.


Why this happens

  1. At Checkout — you must choose Cellar or Shipping and then expand the Shipping & Cellaring dropdown.

  2. Shipping & Cellaring dropdown (below the Ship to address) — within that dropdown you must choose “Shipping” (not “Add to Cellar”).
    If either place is left on the Cellar option, the order will be added to your Cellar rather than prepared for shipment.

If your order met the $200 Free Shipping Threshold

  1. Contact us — we will assist with adding your order to our shipping queue.

  2. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been added to our shipping queue.



If your order does NOT meet the $200 Free Shipping Threshold

  1. Cellar Request - You will need to place a cellar request order online to have your items shipped
