I placed an order for pickup. How do I get my beers?

Thanks for placing a pickup order! Here’s what to expect:


Order notifications

  • Email 1: Order confirmation – This confirms your order was received and is now in our pickup queue.

  • Email 2: Ready for pickup – Once our fulfillment team has packed your order, you’ll get a second email letting you know it’s ready to pick up.


Pickup location

All pickups are handled in our Tasting Room.

When you arrive, let the Tasting Room team know you’re here for a pickup. During busy times, it may take a few minutes for us to prepare and verify your items. We appreciate your patience — feel free to enjoy a beer while you wait!


Proxy / guest pickups

If someone else is picking up your order:

  • They’ll need the order number(s)

  • And the email address associated with the account

This helps us confirm everything quickly and securely.


Tasting Room hours

  • Mon–Thu: 12 PM – 10 PM

  • Fri–Sat: 12 PM – 11 PM

  • Sun: 12 PM – 8 PM


Tip: Please plan to pick up your order within 2 weeks of placing it so we can keep things moving smoothly in our Tasting Room.
